A 4-week course designed to help you take the first step toward uncovering the root cause of mum rage, anxiety, low moods and overwhelm…All in a way that helps you reconnect with the woman hiding beneath the food stains and sleepless nights, so you can finally have the energy to show up for the things (and people) that matter most.

In this programme, you’ll receive two 1:1 consults with me; one at the start to pinpoint your key problem areas and one at the end to map out your next steps to feeling like you again.

In between, you’ll have access to four mastermind-style classes where I’ll teach you everything you need to know about your body: how to track your cycle properly (without relying on an algorithm), what’s normal and what’s not, and how to start working with your hormones, not against them.

Each week, I’ll check in to support your progress and answer any questions that come up, so you’re never doing this alone.
