my method

I work with women in all phases of their lives. Whether your cycling, starting peri-menopause or struggling with menopause, my tried and test four phase process will arm us with all the information we need. And together we will find ways to get you back to feeling like you again.

Phase 1

reconnect

Throughout life women are encouraged to cover up their symptoms, shut down their hormones and disconnect from their bodies.

This is why the first step is to get to know your body inside and out, this will allow you to understand the cause of your symptom and why we are making specific changes. This is information you will use now and in the future.

Phase 2

optimise

Many of the women I work with are already eating well, which is why it can feel confusing when symptoms persist. But here’s the thing - just because a diet is healthy doesn’t mean it’s the right fit for your body, especially at the stage of life you're in.

This is where we start to optimise. Together, we’ll review how you’re currently eating and explore how it relates to your symptoms. We’ll begin piecing together the puzzle - making tailored changes that meet your body's unique needs in a way that fits your lifestyle, your routine and your food preferences.

Phase 3

scrutinise

Once we’ve made foundational changes to your food and lifestyle, we take a step back to observe how your body is responding. This phase is all about fine-tuning—making sure you're enjoying what you eat, that the changes feel sustainable, and most importantly, that your symptoms are improving.

If symptoms persist, this is where we dig deeper. We may explore targeted supplements to correct any nutritional deficiencies that could still be contributing to how you're feeling. It’s a thoughtful, responsive process—because your body deserves that level of care.

Phase 4

empower

Throughout each stage, you'll be supported with resources, guidance, and insight to help you reconnect with your body. By the time we reach this final phase, it’s all about you feeling confident—confident in your choices, your understanding and your ability to move forward independently.

We’ll make any final tweaks, make sure you fully understand the ‘why’ behind the changes we’ve made, and ensure you feel equipped to advocate for your own health—now and in the future.
