Food for your Mood
A 4-week online course to help you stabilise your moods, regulate your hormones and feel like yourself again, naturally.
Are you done with feeling hijacked by your hormones… crying, snapping, shutting down your life for days before your period?
If you are ready to understand your body instead of battling it, you’re in the right place.
This is the course I wish I had when I was crying in the bathroom every month, being offered the pill or antidepressants as the only solution and told “this is just part of being a woman.”
Food for Mood is your step-by-step guide to using nutrition and lifestyle changes to radically transform how you feel, emotionally and physically, all month long.
Does this sound like you?
You feel like a different person in the weeks before your period, weepy, angry, anxious, or all three
You dread that one week every month when your mood crashes and everything feels overwhelming
You’ve been dismissed or told it’s “just hormones” and handed the pill or antidepressants without answers
You’ve tried supplements or eating “healthier,” but nothing seems to shift how you feel
You feel disconnected from your body and just want to understand what’s going on
If you’re nodding along, you are not broken and you’re not alone.
This is hormone sensitivity and you can work with your body to feel better.
Imagine if...
You felt grounded, calm and emotionally steady all month long
You finally understood how what you eat affects how you feel and had a simple plan that works
You no longer dreaded that time every month when everything feels impossible
You had practical tools to reduce anxiety, mood crashes and emotional overwhelm
You trusted your body, instead of fearing it
This is what Food for Mood is here to help you create.
“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”

Hello, I’m Rose
— a Registered AfN Nutritionist, FAMM-certified fertility awareness educator and a woman who’s been where you are.
After the birth of my first child, when my period returned, I experienced overwhelming sadness, rage and hopelessness that made me feel like a stranger in my own body. I was told it was “just hormones” and offered the pill, but with my background in nutrition, I knew there had to be another way.
That experience led me to train in fertility awareness and hormone nutrition and now I help women reclaim their emotional stability, feel safe in their bodies and work with their cycles instead of fighting them.
This course is the exact roadmap I wish I had years ago.
Here’s what’s included…
4 weekly video modules (short, practical and easy to digest)
Downloadable guides and food mood tracker templates
Sample meal ideas and nutrition protocols for hormone and mood balance
Optional upgrade: Email support for accountability and questions
Enrolment closes: January 2026
If you sign up before the 15th of December, you get a bonus orientation call with me to give you direction on areas of focus based on your symptoms.
Ready to stop riding the emotional rollercoaster?
You don’t need to keep fighting your way through that week every month.
There is a way to feel calm, connected and confident in your body and it starts with understanding what it’s asking for.
Let’s rebuild your mood from the inside out.
